Description

A scone is a small, round, usually salty cake, but there is also a sweet version. A typical product of the Carpathian basin, Balkan and Turkish cuisine. Its popular versions are potato, butter, crackling, sheep cottage cheese and cabbage patties.

A scone made with yeast dough is slightly softer and fluffier than a traditional British scone.
