It takes a long time to prepare, and the honey cream is placed between several layers of dough sheet, often flavored with walnuts and sprinkled with ground walnuts. The thin sheets harden when taken out of the oven, but the cream filling softens them.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>According to tradition, this cake was created by a young chef in the 18th century who wanted to impress the Russian Empress Elizabeth.
